This guide will walk you through how to view your billing and subscription details on NarrationBox, as well as how to update your payment information. You'll learn where to find your current plan, renewal date, included features, and options to manage your subscription.
Click your user profile: At the bottom left of the NarrationBox interface, click your user profile icon.
Select 'Billing': A menu will appear. From this menu, select 'Billing'.
View Billing & Subscription details: The "Billing & Subscription" window will open, displaying your current plan details, including the renewal date and features included in your subscription.
Update your billing information: Within this window, you have options to Upgrade Plan, Cancel Subscription, or Manage Billing (to update payment information or view invoices).
