Step 1: Navigate to Your Account Settings
Find your username or profile icon in the bottom left corner of the NarrationBox dashboard.
Click on your username to expand the menu.
Select the 'Account' option.
Step 2: Initiate the Password Reset
On the 'Account' management page, look below your current email address.
Click the 'Reset Password' link.
Step 3: Follow the Email Instructions
Once you click 'Reset Password', an email will be sent to the current email address registered on your NarrationBox account.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from NarrationBox with the subject line related to password reset.
Click the unique link provided in the email. This link will direct you to a secure page where you can create a new password.
Step 4: Set a New Password
On the password reset page, enter your new password.
Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Click 'Save' or 'Set New Password'.
Pro Tip: Choose a strong password that is a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
You can now log in to your NarrationBox account using your new password.
