Streamline your workflow in Narration Box by applying the specific configurations of a single text block to your entire project. This feature is perfect for maintaining consistent voice settings, pacing, and pauses across all sections of your narration without having to manually edit each individual block.
From the main dashboard, click on the My Projects tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Select the project file you wish to edit to open the studio interface.
Click on a text block and apply your desired formatting, such as inserting a break via the Add pause menu or adjusting the reading rate using the Speed dropdown.
With the configured block selected, look to the right-hand panel under the settings area.
Click the Apply block settings to project button. You will see a success message indicating that the settings have been applied to all blocks.
finally, click the Share button in the top right corner to export or share your audio.
