When working on larger projects in Narration Box, you may find yourself needing to switch the narrator for multiple sections of your script simultaneously. Instead of updating each block individually, you can use the Block Selection Mode to apply changes in bulk, saving time and ensuring consistency across your project.

  1. From the main dashboard, click on Text to speech to start a new project or open an existing one.

  2. Add your content by creating as many text blocks as needed in the workspace.

  3. Locate and check the box labeled Block selection mode at the top of the editor.

  4. Click the Select all button that appears at the bottom of the block list to highlight every text block.

  5. With all blocks selected, click the Change Narrator button in the action menu.

  6. Browse the list of available voices, select your preferred narrator, and click Use Voice to apply the new voice to all selected blocks at once.
