Organizing your script into distinct blocks allows for precise control over voice assignment and pacing. If you need to separate a specific section of text from a larger paragraph, follow these simple steps to move it into its own block.
Insert a new block: Locate the gap between two existing rows where you want the text to go, and click to insert a new, empty block.
Select and Cut: Highlight the text segment you wish to move from the original paragraph and cut it (using Ctrl+X or Cmd+X).
Paste: Click inside the newly created empty block and paste the text (using Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) to finish reorganizing your script.
