How to Change Narrator for Multiple Paragraphs

Narration Box makes it easy to create engaging audiobooks by allowing you to assign different voices to different characters or sections. You can efficiently change the narrator for multiple paragraphs at once, which is perfect for handling dialogue or shifting narrative perspectives. Follow this guide to learn how.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Your Chapter: Open your audiobook project from the dashboard and select the chapter you wish to edit.

  2. Enable Selection Mode: At the top of the editor, click the checkbox labeled 'Select paragraphs'. This will enable selection mode.

  3. Select Your Paragraphs: Checkboxes will now appear next to each paragraph. Click the checkboxes for all the paragraphs you want to assign the same new voice to.

  4. Open the Voice Menu: As you select paragraphs, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the 'Change voice' button from this menu.

  5. Choose a New Voice: A 'Select Voice' pop-up will appear. You can browse through different voice models and lists. Click on a voice to select it.

  6. Apply the Voice: Once you are happy with your selection, click the 'Use Voice' button to apply the change.

  7. Confirm the Change: The pop-up will close, and the narrator for all your selected paragraphs will be updated to the new voice. You can repeat this process for other groups of paragraphs to assign multiple different voices within the same chapter.
