You can buy more words from the Usage page in your Narration Box account.
To top up words:
Log in to your Narration Box account.
Open the Usage page.
Find the Word top-ups section.
Click Buy words.
Choose how many words you want to buy.
Click Continue to open checkout.
Complete the payment in Stripe.
After payment, you will return to the Usage page.
Check your updated word balance.
Word top-ups are bought in 1,000-word units. The minimum word top-up is 10,000 words.
You may see quick options such as:
10,000 words
25,000 words
50,000 words
100,000 words
You can also increase or decrease the quantity before checkout.
After your payment is complete, your purchased words are added to your account.
The Usage page shows:
Included left: words remaining from your monthly plan
Purchased left: unused purchased words
Total available: included words plus usable purchased words
Purchased words roll over. If you do not use all purchased words during the current billing cycle, the remaining purchased words stay available in your account.
Narration Box uses your included monthly words first. When your included words are used up, your purchased word top-up balance is used.

If your purchased words do not appear after payment, refresh the Usage page. If they still do not appear, contact support with your account email and payment receipt.
