You can buy more voice clone capacity from the Usage page in your Narration Box account.
To top up voice clones:
Log in to your Narration Box account.
Open the Usage page.
Find the Voice-clone packs section.
Click Buy packs.
Choose how many voice clone packs you want to buy.
Click Continue to open checkout.
Complete the payment in Stripe.
After payment, you will return to the Usage page.
Check your updated voice clone balance.
Voice clone top-ups are sold in packs of 5 voice clones.
You may see quick options such as:
1 pack = 5 voice clones
2 packs = 10 voice clones
3 packs = 15 voice clones
5 packs = 25 voice clones
After your payment is complete, your purchased voice clone capacity is added to your account. The Usage page shows:
Included left: voice clones remaining from your plan
Purchased left: unused purchased voice clones
Total available: included voice clones plus usable purchased voice clones
Purchased voice clone top-ups roll over. If you do not use all purchased voice clone capacity during the current billing cycle, the remaining purchased voice clones stay available in your account.
Narration Box uses your included monthly voice clone allowance first. When your included allowance is used up, your purchased voice clone balance is used.

Before creating a voice clone, make sure you have the right to use the voice and have the required consent from the speaker.
If your purchased voice clone capacity does not appear after payment, refresh the Usage page. If it still does not appear, contact support with your account email and payment receipt.
