Downgrading your subscription

To switch from a paid plan to a free plan:

1. Go to your billing info page from your home screen
2. Cancel your current paid subscription

However, we recommend pausing your plan instead of cancelling:

1. Look for the pause option on the same billing page
2. Pausing saves you money and effort

3. Use your remaining words or take the time you need

After that, you can easily switch to a free plan

Pausing gives you more flexibility and can be more cost-effective than outright cancellation.
